FLEXIBLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We understand that life is unpredictable, and sometimes, plans change. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy on items that meet certain criteria.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange any non-personalized, non-custom-made, non-clearance, and not special sale, including but not limited to Clearance Sale, Christmas Sale, Black Friday, and Ramadan Sale items within 7 days from the date you received your package. To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in new condition and come in their original packaging. It's important to note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any additional shipping costs for exchanged items.

DEDUCTION OF INCURRED FEES
Please be aware that any fees we incurred during the payment transaction process will be deducted from the refunded amount. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, and this ensures that you are refunded the original item cost minus any associated fees.

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR
Please understand that personalized, custom-made, clearance, and special sale, including but not limited to Clearance Sale, Christmas Sale, Black Friday, and Ramadan Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We take pride in the uniqueness and individuality of these items, which is why we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on them.

MAKING THINGS RIGHT
In the rare event that we made an error with the personalization on your order, we're here to make it right. If that's the case, we'll promptly send you a replacement for the personalized item. However, we are unable to replace items that were incorrectly engraved due to receiving incorrect information or images from you.
