Our warehouse is based in Dubai and we ship from here.

Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1 business day. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP.

Please NOTE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is not count as part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term. 

Customs and import taxes 
No Customs & Import taxes for all UAE customers.
Buyers from the other GCC countries are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
