Processing Time
At Decor World General Trading Co LLC, we strive to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as swiftly as possible. Our standard processing time is 1 business day. Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays. Please note that preparation and shipping are distinct processes, each with its own timeframe.

Shipping Time

  • For UAE Orders: Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours. Please be aware that shipping to remote areas may vary, as couriers have specific delivery schedules. We partner with Quiqup, known for its reliable notification system and excellent customer service. Quiqup also handles payment collections, including cash and bank card transactions.
  • For Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia: Shipping time ranges from 2-4 working days. For international shipments, we use DHL Express, a globally trusted company with over 54 years of experience in delivering exceptional service.

Customs and Import Taxes

  • For UAE Customers: No customs or import taxes are applied.
  • For GCC Buyers: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note that delays caused by customs procedures are beyond our control.

Shipping Cost

  • For UAE: Enjoy free shipping on all orders.
  • For Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia: Free shipping is available for all items, except for LED Maps, Single Panels, and items on sale (including Clearance Sale, Christmas Sale, Black Friday, and Ramadan Sale).

  • Product Packaging: Our products are packaged securely in eco-friendly materials. The packaging is designed to meet international standards and is suitable for gifting. It includes a handle for easy transport and meticulous interior packing for safety.
  • Warranty and Quality Assurance: We provide a warranty for all our maps, ensuring that each item you receive meets our high-quality standards.
